SHIPPING & RETURNS
Jewelry is shipped via FedEx or UPS with Signature Required. Please enquire about International shipping rates or if you have a preferred shipping carrier.

- UPS Overnight —$45
- FedEx Overnight —$45
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday—Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed that day and if the item is in stock it will ship within one business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunda, or nationally observed holidays.
Please allow 1-3 business days for in-stock items to be processed for shipment. Made-to-order pieces take approximately 2-4 weeks to produce, as noted on specific product pages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds at this time, Items marked as in stock and ready to ship are available for store credit or exchange only.
Please include your original invoice when shipping back your order.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, with the original packaging intact. Jake Matluck will not accept returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
Special orders, custom orders, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jake Matluck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.
