We ship all jewelry via FedEx or UPS with Signature Required for your security. If you have a preferred carrier or would like a shipping quote for international delivery, please contact us.

- UPS Overnight — $45
- FedEx Overnight — $45
Every domestic shipment is fully insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once a package has been delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders
International orders are welcomed and shipped via our international carrier DHL. Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery. Our studio is happy to help you estimate these costs in advance — please reach out to info@jakematluck.com for assistance. Estimates are provided as a general guideline only and may not reflect the exact amount charged by your local customs office.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM EST are processed the same day.
In-stock pieces usually ship within 1 business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for in-stock items to be prepared for shipment.
Made-to-order pieces take approximately 2–4 weeks to create, as noted on individual product pages.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handcrafted, we do not offer refunds. Items marked as in stock and ready to ship are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Return Requirements
- Include the original invoice with your return.
- All items must pass quality control and be returned in original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns if the piece shows signs of wear, has been altered, or is damaged.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in saleable condition.
